Job Description:

Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong background in EMEA healthcare recruitment ? Join our team and help connect qualified healthcare professionals with global opportunities.

📍 Work Setup

• •Hybrid - 3x a week onsite at any PSG workspace
• •Full-Time
• •ASAP Start

What You’ll Do

• •Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, candidate databases, and other recruitment channels.
• •Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• •Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future hiring needs.
• •Review resumes and evaluate candidate credentials against job requirements.
• •Present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders with comprehensive screening notes.
• •Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS.
• •Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and sourcing activities.
• •Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

• •At least 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience supporting the EMEA region.
• •Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare-related positions.
• •Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• •Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools .
• •Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• •Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
• •Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, hiring teams, and stakeholders.

⭐ Nice to Have

• •Recruitment experience in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or Healthcare .
• •Knowledge of EMEA healthcare hiring practices and talent market trends .
• •Experience supporting high-volume or international recruitment.
