Heartland Fund Senior Grants Associate

This is an exciting opportunity for a mission-driven grants professional to support a growing, multi-entity grantmaking organization. The role will help manage the full grants lifecycle while strengthening systems, documentation, compliance, and operational practices. You will work closely with program teams, grantees, finance, operations, and other internal partners to ensure grants are administered accurately and efficiently. The position also offers the opportunity to improve processes, strengthen trust-based grantmaking practices, and support effective use of grants management technology. This role combines hands-on execution with project management, training, and continuous improvement.
