About the Role

Starling Oncology is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Hematology/Oncology physician to join our growing practice in San Gabriel, California . This is an opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a community where language and cultural understanding can make a meaningful difference in the patient experience.

Practice & Clinical Support Model

Shared call structure with call coverage (Q4 – every 4 weekends)

Compensation Structure

Competitive base salary starting at $500,000 + with clearly defined incentive opportunities. Salary dependent upon experience and location.

Typical physicians can achieve $650,000+ in total cash compensation once established
