HIM Ambulatory Business Analyst

• This role supports health information management (HIM) operations across clinics and outpatient departments in a fully remote environment.
• You will help translate operational needs into documented workflows, business requirements, and practical process improvements.
• The position combines HIM expertise, business analysis, project coordination, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to implement and maintain HIM standards across outpatient settings.
• A key focus will be monitoring compliance, identifying process gaps, and providing actionable feedback to clinic leadership.
• You will also support new clinic implementations, acquisitions, and other initiatives requiring structured HIM analysis and change management.
