Job Duties:

HKEX Summer Internship Programme offers interns an unique experience in global markets, with the opportunity to learn, develop new skills, take on direct responsibility for work and projects, and be part of a fun and ambitious team right at the heart of global markets. In joining us, you will gain insight into life at work at HKEX, while developing practical on-the-job experience.

The programme kicks off in June and continues through into August. The maximum employment period for each intern is 10 weeks.

We are looking for candidates who:

• •Are penultimate-year students graduating between September 2027 and July 2028 from any degree discipline
• •Are on track to achieve a minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of a GPA 4.0 scale), Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or equivalent.
• •Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in global financial markets
• •Possess strong ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Are adaptable, open-minded and eager to embrace new challenges
• •Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• •Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English
