Home Health Aide, Homecare -- Somerset County

Base Pay: $20+ per hour

Schedule: All Shifts, Weekday, Weekends, and Overnights available!

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client living in Somerset County. This role offers consistent weekend afternoon hours and the opportunity to build a meaningful connection while helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Weekend availability is highly valued, with opportunities to expand your schedule based on your preferences.

What You Will Do

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities • Support the client’s safety, comfort, and mobility in the home • Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition • Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams • Create a positive, respectful, and supportive care environment

What We Are Looking For

Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification • Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent care • Compassionate and patient centered approach • Experience with personal care and transfers, or willingness to learn
