Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic growth by building trusted partnerships that connect patients with the home care services they need. As a Strategic Development Representative, you'll cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners while identifying new opportunities to expand market presence and increase referrals. Through education, collaboration, and strategic outreach, you'll help position Optimal Care as the preferred provider across the communities we serve.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven healthcare professional who enjoys networking, identifying growth opportunities, and creating meaningful partnerships. You'll develop and execute market strategies, analyze referral trends, educate healthcare partners on available services, collaborate on new programs, and serve as a trusted resource for referral sources and patients alike. By working closely with clinical, operational, and sales leadership, you'll help strengthen community relationships, support organizational growth, and improve access to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Office Location: 24255 W 13 Mile Rd, Suite 250, Bingham Farms, MI 48025
Main Service Area: Oakland/Livingston/Washtenaw
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years in healthcare strategic development, ideally within home health or hospice.
Demonstrated experience in medical sales or within Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or Independent Living environments, maintaining strong professional relationships with physicians and referral sources
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's Degree
Clinical licensure
Essential Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to plan, organize, and self-direct work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated customer service excellence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Skilled in relationship management, strategic planning, data tracking and analysis, and community networking to grow home care services
Pay Range
$80,000 — $90,000 USD
