Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert care to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in their homes.

Collaborate with a motivated, inspiring team of colleagues.

Use advanced, easy-to-use technology to improve patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Eligible for National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Minimum 1-year experience (or ability to complete 6-8 weeks of preceptorship).

Home healthcare experience preferred.

Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

A passion for providing compassionate, mission-aligned care.
