About the Role:
Join us as a Hotel Reservations Specialist and help clients plan their perfect stays. You’ll handle hospitality customer service , provide hotel booking support , and guide travelers through the reservation process —all from your home office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with hotel reservations , hospitality services , and travel planning
Provide accurate details on hotel amenities , pricing , and availability
Manage and update booking details and guest profiles
Communicate promptly and professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and hospitality communication skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connection
Experience in hotel reservations , hospitality service , or guest relations is a plus
