The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• •Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• •Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, working with various reservation systems
• •Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
• •Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• •Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow
• •Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• •Assist with special events or large parties as needed
• •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• •Assist with to go orders

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.

• •Proficient using guest waitlist and other reservation system technologies
• •Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service
