Salary £13.10 per hour

As a Housekeeping Assistant at our Glasgow Hospitals, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will:

• •Knowledge of IPC and associated best practices
• •Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential
• •Demonstrate a working knowledge is COSHH
• •Clean and prepare a range of areas at our hospital both clinical and non-clinical
• •Hold a current PVG status
• •Care about our customers and our working environment
• •Take pride in your work
• •Have a Flexible approach to shift working
• •Be proficient in the use of power cleaning equipment
• •Work well under pressure as an individual or within a team environment
