Housekeeping/Laundry Aide Florence Home

• Overview:
• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, and commercial buildings. • Responsibilities:
• - Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
• - Change linens and make beds
• - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• - Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals for different surfaces
• - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• - Adhere to housekeeping management instructions and guidelines
• Requirements:
• - Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
• - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces
• - Familiarity with carpet cleaning and floor care procedures
• - Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• - Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

• - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• - Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

• - Hours: 8a-4:30p with rotating weekends
