• As HR AI & Automation Operations Lead, you will design and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve global HR operations.
• You’ll work at the intersection of HR, technology, process optimization, data, and AI within a highly distributed environment.
• The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical execution, taking initiatives from early exploration through production and continuous improvement.
• You’ll connect systems, streamline complex workflows, reduce manual work, and help teams operate more efficiently at scale.
• Working closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, and IT, you’ll turn operational challenges into scalable and reliable solutions.
• You’ll also help establish responsible AI practices for sensitive HR workflows, with appropriate governance, oversight, and auditability.
