Job Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to support strategic initiatives.
• •Extract, analyse, and interpret data from Workday and other HR systems to generate custom reports for leadership.
• •Perform trend analysis , headcount tracking , and workforce metrics reporting.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• •Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• •Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes using Advanced Excel techniques (e.g., pivot tables, macros, formulas).
• •Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
• •Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed.
