• Summary
• As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the Philippines, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, helping to align people strategies with business objectives. You will build strong partnerships across the organisation, providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, organisational change, and workforce planning. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you will help deliver effective people solutions that support business growth, enhance the employee experience, and ensure compliance with company policies, local employment legislation, and HR best practices across the region. This role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes, drive key HR initiatives, and support a diverse and dynamic workforce across multiple markets.

What Part You Will Play in Our Growth

• •Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness
• •Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver specialised support in areas such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement
• •Support leaders through organisational change initiatives, helping to implement and communicate people strategies that drive business results
• •Investigate and help resolve employee and management concerns, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• •Advise managers on employee performance and behavioural matters, collaborating with specialist HR teams when required
• •Contribute to employee engagement, change management, restructuring, onboarding, and other people-focused initiatives
• •Analyse trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance organisational capability and employee experience
• •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and internal policies to ensure compliant and consistent people practices
• •Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that support collaboration and strengthen the One Notified culture
• •Develop a strong understanding of the organisation's business, products, services, and locations to provide commercially focused HR support

Required Knowledge and Skills

• •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• •2+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally supporting multiple business units, locations, or countries
• •Experience partnering with managers and employees on a broad range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational change
• •Previous project coordination or project management experience is advantageous
• •Strong understanding of HR principles, employment practices, and employee lifecycle processes
• •Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• •Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• •Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
• •Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions is desirable
• •Must be comfortable working with a geographically diverse workforce across the Philippines, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong
• •Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support both business and employee needs

Location

This role will be based out of Notified office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
