Are you the person who actually loves checking the list twice and making sure no detail slips through the cracks? At SuCo, our people come first, and we're looking for an HR Coordinator who gets excited about making every team member feel supported, from their very first day onward.

You'll partner closely with our HR team on everything that makes working here a great experience including welcoming new hires, keeping records spot-on, sharing the insights reports reveal, guiding people through benefits and bringing the team together at events. When our people need something done right, you will be the one who makes it happen.

Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (aka all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure 😉):

Coordinate onboarding, from background checks and I-9s to HRIS setup and paperwork, so every new hire gets a smooth start.

Handle off-boarding logistics, including exit paperwork and system access.

HRIS & Record Administration

Maintain accurate team member records, auditing HRIS data regularly and troubleshooting basic system issues.

Track leaves and status changes, handle employment verifications and prepare HR documents and letters.

Support benefits administration, including changes, billing and reconciliation.

Generate recurring reports, support compliance audits and keep HR deadlines on track.

HR Administrative Support

Prepare HR-related documents, letters and communications.

Assist with employment verifications and other team member requests.

Help keep HR calendars, deadlines and recurring tasks on track.

Projects, Office & Events

Support HR projects, policy updates, engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Manage office supplies, maintenance and vendors, and coordinate team meetings and events from setup to cleanup.

Jump in on the random HR task that inevitably pops up because, well… HR.

What Will Put You Ahead

1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration or a similar administrative role.

Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills, plus genuine pride in getting the routine work right.

Discretion with confidential and sensitive information.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

A team-first mindset, you like being the person others can count on.
