About the role

• Join Sulzer Sweden to build the future of HR. Lead the transformation of HR foundations, harmonize practices across legal entities, and create a modern, compliant and efficient HR function supporting approximately 300 employees.
• The HR Manager Sweden will lead the transformation of HR across Sweden. The role will modernize HR operations, harmonize practices across legal entities, strengthen governance and compliance, and build a scalable HR function that enables business growth while ensuring an outstanding employee and manager experience. Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• •Assess the current HR landscape and identify compliance, process, and governance gaps.
• •Simplify, standardize and digitize HR processes, including modernization of the payroll.
• •Build a data-driven HR function with measurable business impact.
• •Build capability for the future.
• •Ensure full compliance with Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and internal regulations.
• •Partner effectively with business leaders during a period of change and transformation.
• •Balance strategic thinking with willingness to personally execute operational work.
• •Challenge legacy practices and implement sustainable solutions.
• •Support organization in Employee Life Cycle stages with focus on talent attraction, employee engagement, performance management, recognition, career, and successor planning.
• •Leading, coaching, developing, and motivating local HR team

To succeed in this role, you will need

• •Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •Several years of experience in HR
• •Strong understanding of Swedish labour law, employee relations, personnel benefits. Hands-on in managing compliance cases
• •Experience in multinational environments is an asset.
• •IT competency with varied ERP, payroll, and other digital tools.
• •Fluent in Swedish and English.
