主要职责

HR数据分析及可视化

• •收集、整理和维护及治理人力资源相关数据；
• •使用Excel和Power BI制作和优化HR仪表盘；
• •根据业务需求开发可视化分析报表，提升数据洞察效率。

HR数字化项目

• •支持HR数字化及自动化项目实施；
• •协助优化HR数据管理流程；
• •探索AI及数字化工具在人力资源领域的创新应用。

任职要求

教育背景

本科及以上在校学生，专业不限，以下专业优先：

• •人力资源管理
• •统计学
• •数学
• •数据科学与大数据技术
• •信息管理与信息系统
• •工业工程
• •商业分析

技能要求

必备：

• •熟练使用Excel
• •良好的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度
• •熟练使用PowerPoint

优先：

• •Power BI
• •Power Query
• •SQL基础
• •Python基础
• •数据可视化项目经验

个人特质

• •对人力资源工作有浓厚兴趣；
• •学习能力强，善于分析和解决问题；
