HR EXECUTIVE – FRESHER

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive Freshers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.

Make calls to candidates and explain suitable job opportunities.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening over phone.

Schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

Maintain candidate details and recruitment records.

Coordinate the onboarding and joining process.

Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.

• •Minimum Education: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply.

Age: 18–30 years .

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Comfortable making recruitment calls.

Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.

Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
