HR/Facility Admin Assistant (Bilingual)

As an HR/Facility Admin Assistant (Bilingual), you will be responsible for assisting with human resources duties and plant operations. Some crucial responsibilities include organizing company events, arranging employee training, time & attendance, and facility purchases. You will also be the friendly first point of contact for visitors to our facility.

The schedule for this position is 6:00 am - 3:00 pm five days per week onsite in Chicago (Pershing Road), IL.

This position is a full-time, on-site position with guaranteed work through May 2027. In May of 2027, the assignment may end depending on business needs when we transition to our new facility in Winfield, IL.
