HR Integration Specialist (Java, Databricks & Cloud Integrations) - Hybrid CDMX

Your Role

• •Lead end-to-end integration delivery, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• •Develop and maintain HR system integrations between cloud and enterprise applications using API-driven architectures.
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• •Troubleshoot, support, and optimize integrations throughout testing and production environments within a DevOps framework.
• •Create and maintain technical documentation, integration patterns, and best practices aligned with organizational standards.

Your Profile

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• •Strong experience in Java development and enterprise integration technologies.
• •Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark preferred), and Delta Lake.
• •Proficiency in SQL, data modeling concepts, XML, JSON, and cloud-based integration services.
• •Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Nexus, and Jira.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills, with experience in Agile environments and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• •Advanced English communication skills.
• •Availability to work hybrid in CDMX.
