In about 2.5 years of existence, we have grown to a team of 80+, managing some of the leading brands in the country. The founding team has over four decades of cumulative experience across Digital Strategy, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Technology.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, social media management, and employee engagement.

What You Will Learn and Contribute To

Understand and Support the End-to-End Employee Life Cycle

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Learn about employee lifecycle management, from hiring to exit processes.

Gain insights into HR documentation and compliance.

Social Media Management for HR Initiatives

Manage the company’s social media platforms for employer branding purposes.

Create and curate engaging content to highlight the company culture, achievements, and opportunities.

Collaborate with teams to design campaigns that attract talent and improve employee engagement.

Employee Engagement Activities

Plan and execute fun and meaningful employee engagement activities.

Collect and analyse feedback to foster a positive workplace environment.

Support initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and morale.

Employer Branding

Build and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Develop strategies to showcase the company’s values, culture, and opportunities on various platforms.

Work closely with marketing and HR teams to align branding efforts.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation.

Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
