What You Will Do :

• •Creating ways to measure and assess engagement - example, surveys
• •Support assessing the impact that people practices, and policies have on the employee experience.
• •Assist to create proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being through interventions.
• •Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural flair creative communication.
• •Support creation of engagement dashboards like – employee engagement dashboards, Diversity dashboards etc.
• •Should be a social media enthusiast and watch over the trends of other organizations leveraging on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
• •Work on various employee engagement initiatives organization wide.
• •Support the team with organization communication channels.
• •Constant learner and active listener with an inclusive mindset.
• •Flexible to work in shifts and that includes night shift also.

What You Will Need :

• •P ostgraduates in Human Resource Management (MBA with specialization in HR) regular / fulltime.
• •Relevant experience of 1 year and above.
• •Knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and word Mandatory.
