Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential delays, and take action to keep new hires on schedule.
Serve as the primary contact for new hires, providing clear communication, timely follow-up, and support.
Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, HR partners, and other stakeholders to share progress, communicate risks, and resolve outstanding requirements.
Administer and monitor background screenings and other pre-employment requirements, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Maintain accurate employee and onboarding data across HR systems in a highly manual, evolving environment.
Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, and unnecessary manual work; investigate root causes and recommend practical solutions.
Regularly review workflows, communications, resources, and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Support onboarding technology and automation through operational expertise, testing, process design, and translation of system capabilities into effective workflows.
Lead assigned process improvements from identification through implementation, partnering with technical and cross-functional teams as needed.
Help facilitate the two-day New Manager Onboarding program.
Perform other HR-related duties based on business and team needs.
Basic Qualifications

At least two years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, recruiting operations or coordination, People Operations, HR shared services, or a similar role involving high-volume employee transactions and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
