Position Overview

The Employee Life Cycle (ELCM) Specialist is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end employee life cycle processes with a focus on system administration, stakeholder support, and seamless service delivery. This role ensures smooth operations from employee hire to retirement while maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous process improvements. The work model is Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end Employee Life Cycle processes from hiring through retirement.
• •Execute system administration tasks to support employee life cycle processes.
• •Ensure accurate data management and compliance with organizational policies.
• •Provide stakeholder support and timely resolution of inquiries.
• •Deliver employee life cycle services in compliance with defined SLAs .
• •Monitor performance metrics, report on service delivery, and implement corrective actions.
• •Recommend and implement process improvements and support system upgrades.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• •2+ years of experience in Employee Life Cycle or HR Operations.
• •Good to have: SAP experience / Workday experience.
• •Strong organizational and communication skills.
• •Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus, with a keen interest in leveraging them to enhance productivity and drive smarter decision-making
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• •Shift Time - Morning 6 AM to 3 PM IST (Cabs will be provided)
• •Please note that this is a one-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business requirements.
