Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Engagement, along with strong public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate should be confident in handling employees, conducting engagement activities, delivering communication sessions, and managing day-to-day HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage core HR operations, employee relations, HR records, HRMIS, attendance, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
• •Coordinate the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, performance management, retention, and exit formalities.
• •Support employee engagement, manpower planning, employee development initiatives, internal communication, and HR events to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• •Plan and conduct employee engagement activities, team events, and internal HR initiatives.
• •Conduct employee communication sessions, presentations, and group activities with confidence.
• •Demonstrate strong public speaking and presentation skills while interacting with employees and teams.
• •Address employee queries and concerns professionally and support Employee Relations activities.
• •Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR data.
• •Coordinate with department heads on workforce and employee-related requirements.
• •Support HR reporting and ensure timely completion of HR processes.

Qualifications

• •Minimum 2-3 Year of relevant experience in HR Operations and Employee Engagement.
• •Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
• •Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• •Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• •Strong interpersonal, organisational, and coordination skills.
• •Ability to handle employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• •Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS/ATS tools.
• •Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• •English and Kannada are mandatory.
• •Candidates currently based in Bengaluru are preferred.
