We are looking for a warm, approachable, and highly organized HR Specialist to manage onboarding, employee experience, international mobility, and HR compliance activities across APAC.

From offer acceptance through the employee’s first 90 days, you will be the main point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and compliant experience for both external hires and employees relocating internationally.

The role also supports APAC employee engagement initiatives, flagship events, HR documentation, policies, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding and Employee Experience

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey from offer acceptance through the employee’s first 90 days.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external hires and international mobility employees across APAC.
  • Deliver onboarding and induction sessions, guiding employees through company policies, systems, processes, and available resources.
  • Ensure welcoming, engaging, and consistent employee experience across locations.

International Mobility

  • Coordinate visa applications, relocation logistics, accommodation, shipments, and other mobility arrangements.
  • Work closely with employees, HR teams, and external providers to support smooth international transitions.
  • Track mobility activities and ensure employees receive timely information and support.

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Prepare and verify employment contracts and employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and complete hire-related transactions in Workday.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening and verification processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of APAC HR policies, procedures, and compliance controls.

Employee Engagement and Events

  • Coordinate the annual employee engagement calendar for Singapore and APAC.
  • Organize employee events, cultural celebrations, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, Family Day, and community activities.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and employee communications.
  • Review employee feedback and onboarding outcomes to identify improvements.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with screening, mobility, relocation, and event service providers.
  • Monitor service quality, costs, timelines, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, HR colleagues, Finance, and other internal stakeholders across APAC.

Job Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in onboarding, employee experience, international mobility.
  • A pleasant, warm, and approachable professional presence, with the ability to create a positive first impression.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in supporting employees.

Comfortable serving as the main point of contact from offer acceptance through the employees’ first 90 days for external hires and international mobility employees across APAC.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating employment documentation, onboarding processes, employee records, or compliance activities.
  • Ability to manage several priorities, stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence working with employees from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Experience with Workday or a similar HR information system is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement activities or events is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
