HR Technology Strategy Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Technology Strategy Consultant based in Canada.

• This role offers the opportunity to shape the long-term strategy and evolution of an enterprise HR technology ecosystem.
• You will assess complex people technology environments and translate organizational priorities into clear technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Working closely with senior People & Places leadership, you will help define future-state capabilities, operating models, and system architecture decisions.
• You will evaluate platforms, workflows, and technology capabilities to identify opportunities for consolidation, improved governance, and strategic differentiation.
• The role combines enterprise systems thinking, strategic analysis, stakeholder management, and technology planning at an organizational level.
• You will also create executive-ready frameworks and recommendations that support critical buy, build, and extend decisions.
• This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced HR technology professional who can navigate ambiguity and influence long-term transformation initiatives.
