This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HRBP, Data Analytics based in the United States.

• This role combines strategic HR partnership with data analytics to support RFP responses, workforce planning, and the launch of new business.
• You’ll serve as a key HR partner to teams involved in Medicaid-related proposals, implementations, and operational transitions.
• A significant part of the role involves building, analyzing, and presenting workforce and operational data to guide business decisions.
• You’ll collaborate across HR and business functions to align staffing, resources, timelines, and people processes with organizational priorities.
