HRIS Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HRIS Manager based in India.

• This remote role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR information systems, with Workday serving as the core platform.
• You will help ensure HR technology is scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs across multiple markets.
• The position combines hands-on system administration with integrations, reporting, security, data quality, automation, and process improvement.
• You will partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, and external vendors to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• The role also provides ownership of HRIS projects, including implementations, upgrades, testing, process redesign, change management, and user adoption.
• Success requires strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
