Human Resource Recruiter

Drive end-to-end bulk hiring for field/program roles against manpower targets and TAT

Source via portals, social media, referrals, and community drives; screen and shortlist at volume

Treat hiring like a sales funnel — manage pipeline, daily/weekly closures, and dropout %

Coordinate with hiring managers to close roles on time; negotiate offers and reduce no-shows

Track and report recruitment metrics (sourced, screened, offered, joined)

Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and induction coordination

Maintain HRMS records and ensure data accuracy for the assigned location

Support attendance, leave, and payroll input coordination for field staff

Resolve employee queries; manage exit formalities and F&F; coordination

Support compliance documentation and audits as required
