POSITION SUMMARY : Under the direction of the Senior HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for a variety of Human Resources (HR) activities and duties related to on-boarding, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations within an assigned business unit. This position is also responsible for technical and administrative HR functions, recordkeeping, file maintenance and HRIS. The HRBP is a Human Resources professional who effectively leads others to achieve our HR goals and initiatives. The HRBP maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior HR Business Partner for enterprise-wide alignment and support.
