Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, team dynamics, feedback, and navigating challenging conversations

Support employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and discretion

Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention, and team health

Help drive key people processes, including performance reviews, talent planning, promotions, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, and development planning

Support managers through organizational changes, team growth, and workforce planning discussions

Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, HR operations, leadership, and other HR partners to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience

Help improve and simplify HR tools, resources, and processes to make support more scalable and manager-friendly

Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing culture where employees feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow

Requirements

4+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP, People Partner or similar role

Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and core people programs

Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization

Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations thoughtfully and professionally

Comfortable using employee feedback, people data, and business context to identify trends and recommend improvements

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment

A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving employee experience and helping teams thrive

Experience in technology, media, advertising, or other high-growth environments preferred

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
