We’re looking for Human Resources (HR) Professionals that share a passion for IBM’s purpose - to be the catalyst that makes the world work better. As an HR Intern, you’ll work on projects in our key functional areas, including: Talent (including Performance, Leadership, and Talent Management) Talent Acquisition HR Services (including HR Technology, and Payroll) Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition. HR Partner The work you do may include data analysis, design thinking, communication, program design and development, research and problem analysis, and solution implementation.
