HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPL REL/LABOR RELATIONS)

Summary

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPL REL/LABOR RELATIONS) in the HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Duties

• •You will advise other personnel/EEO specialists and management to keep them advised of significant developments.
• •You will serve as an advisor on issues that are sensitive, serious, and/or controversial.
• •You will prepare necessary correspondence and documentation.
• •You will participate on teams or act as a POC on various considerations/initiatives.
• •You will assist in evaluating operations to determine effectiveness and to identify process improvements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing complex legal problems and providing advice and assistance on management-employee relations, labor practices, administrative and negotiated grievances, performance management AND/OR employee counseling.
