Human Resources Technology Analyst

• This role supports the design, development, and ongoing optimization of HR technology and reporting solutions across a broad range of HR functions.
• You’ll work extensively with Workday to create meaningful reports, dashboards, integrations, and data solutions that support better decision-making.
• The position combines HR technology expertise with data analysis, business process improvement, and strong attention to data security.
• You’ll collaborate with HR professionals, senior leaders, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable technology solutions.
• The role covers areas including payroll, benefits, time tracking, compensation, recruiting, performance, and talent development.
• You’ll also help maintain data integrity, evaluate system releases, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve platform functionality.
