Duties:

• •Perform duct, vent, and HVAC component cleaning using approved tools and equipment.
• •Follow safety procedures when working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas.
• •Maintain and inspect duct cleaning tools, vacuums, and machinery.
• •Communicate professionally with customers and explain the cleaning process.
• •Ensure all work meets company standards and homes are left clean post-service.
• •Document services performed and report any system issues or concerns.
• •Take before-and-after photos for quality control when required.
• •Collaborate with HVAC or plumbing teams as needed on job sites.
• •Represent the company profession

Requirements

• •High school diploma or GED.
• •Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• •Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• •Comfortable operating duct cleaning tools and working in attics/crawlspaces.
• •Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, kneeling).
• •Good communication and customer service skills.
• •Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• •Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.
• •Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team.
• •Open to flexible scheduling, including weekend days.
