Requirements

• •Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration systems
• •Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R system issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and testing equipment
• •Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• •Repair and maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
• •Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment
• •Complete property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and equipment
• •Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities comply with local codes, safety standards, and regulations
• •Collaborate with team members, contractors, and vendors to complete projects efficiently
• •Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

• •Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair
• •Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and design principles
• •Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• •Proficiency with industry tools and equipment, including electrical diagnostic tools, welders, and plumbing equipment
• •Experience with appliance or commercial kitchen equipment repair is a plus
• •Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• •Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• •Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses preferred
