About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to join our Melbourne Service team.

This hands-on field-based role offers excellent variety, autonomy, and exposure to a broad range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You'll work across maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and installations while developing your technical expertise through ongoing training and support.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance across commercial HVAC systems

Commission, install, service, troubleshoot, and overhaul mechanical equipment

Work on a wide range of equipment including chillers, package units, split systems, and central plant installations

Gain exposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems (BMS)

Prepare quotations for small works and manage assigned service projects

Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plans

Complete small commercial installations and upgrades

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high safety standards

What You'll Bring

Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Electrical with HVAC experience

Experience servicing commercial air conditioning systems

Chiller experience highly regarded

Restricted Electrical Licence

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

A customer-focused approach and commitment to safety
