• This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced residential HVAC technician looking to transition from field service into a customer-focused technical support role.
• You will use your hands-on HVAC knowledge to help homeowners troubleshoot equipment, answer technical questions, and find practical solutions by phone.

• Rather than traveling between service calls, you will support customers from a dedicated home workspace while remaining available during scheduled hours.
