Responsibilities and Tasks

Equipment Operations

• •Manning of multiple machines
• •Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily duties
• •Provide machine coverage during breaks
• •Logging machines accurately
• •Monitoring and awareness of equipment performance discrepancies with timely communication to your Lead
• •Work on a fixed shift schedule: Day Shift (07:30-19:30) or Night Shift (19:30-07:30)
• •Follow a 4-3 rotating work schedule

Ensure Quality of Process and Product

• •Run equipment based on current process specifications (e.g., procedures, change notifications, etc.)
• •Organize own workstations and ensure 6S standards
• •Make suggestions to improve quality and safety

Complete Certification and Recertification

• •Participate actively in assigned on-the-job and required training programs
• •Complete certification requirements by demonstrating knowledge and capabilities

Communication

• •Receive and understand pass down information and provide clear, accurate pass down to teammates
• •Seek and provide feedback to leadership, coworkers, and support groups
• •Offer suggestions for process improvements when appropriate
• •Always seek clarification when in doubt

Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment

• •Identify and promptly report hazards
• •Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• •Use proper lifting techniques and ergonomic work practices

AI Relevant Job Responsibilities

• •Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
• •Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements
• •Apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to perform research, analysis, problem-solving, and operational tasks responsibly

Additional Requirements

• •Work in a semiconductor manufacturing cleanroom environment and comply with all applicable safety and operational requirements.
• •May require prolonged periods of standing or sitting during the shift, depending on operational needs.
• •Monitor equipment status, production data, and system alerts through computer screens for extended periods.
• •Identify equipment or process abnormalities, perform basic troubleshooting, and promptly escalate issues to supervisors or support teams.
• •Maintain high attention to detail while observing machine performance, alarms, and process indicators.
• •Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• •Perform routine material handling tasks and follow ergonomic guidelines during daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or above.
• •Basic computer skills and ability to learn manufacturing systems and applications.
• •Willingness to work fixed day or night shifts and a rotating 4-3 work schedule.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• •Monthly Salary: NT$32,600 and above, depending on qualifications and experience.
• •Working Hours: Employees work 12-hour shifts on a 4-3 / 3-4 schedule and will be assigned to either a fixed day shift (07:30–19:30) or a fixed night shift (19:30–07:30) based on management assessment and business needs.
