Location: This is a hybrid role, with the preferred candidate located near one of Lonza’s key U.S. sites in Houston, TX; Walkersville, MD; or Portsmouth, NH. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity from one of these locations and should be willing to travel.

What will you do :

Join Lonza as an IT Solution Architect and play a key role in our global S/4HANA transformation journey. In this role, you will design innovative SAP solutions across Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Inventory Management (IM), and Transportation Management (TM), helping to optimize business processes and deliver lasting value across our global organization.

• •Design and deliver SAP EWM, IM, and TM solutions as part of Lonza's S/4HANA transformation program.
• •Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify technology solutions that improve performance.
• •Lead solution design, architecture, and blueprint activities to align business needs with SAP capabilities.
• •Ensure seamless integration between SAP and connected business systems while maintaining end-to-end solution integrity.
• •Guide configuration, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities across SAP logistics solutions.
• •Build strong relationships with project teams, business leaders, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
• •Champion best practices, support user adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for :

• •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• •Strong experience designing and implementing SAP EWM, IM, and TM solutions within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• •Recent hands-on experience supporting or leading at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation project, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in the S/4HANA landscape.
• •Deep understanding of SAP logistics processes and their integration with broader SAP landscapes.
• •Experience with SAP configuration, solution enhancement, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• •Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
• •Strong understanding of SAP integration points across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and related business functions.
• •Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, system integrators, and cross-functional project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• •Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• •SAP certification and experience working within Agile delivery environments are beneficial.
• •Experience with SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics, and modern SAP best practices is preferred.
