Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions using IBM Security and IBM ISAM to meet security and business requirements.

Configure and manage authentication and access policies, ensuring secure and consistent access across applications and platforms.

Implement and maintain SSO integrations, troubleshooting authentication flows and improving end-user access experience.

Partner with application and infrastructure teams to onboard applications to IAM platforms, define access patterns, and validate integrations.

Perform operational support including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements for IAM services.

Ensure IAM configurations align with security best practices, audit requirements, and internal governance standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, runbooks, onboarding steps, and support procedures.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, optimizing policies, and enhancing platform stability and performance.
