Job Description

• **Responsibilities:**
• - Oversee student admissions processes for the region.
• - Develop and implement recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• - Monitor and report on admissions performance and metrics.
• - Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support recruitment efforts.
• - Provide training and support to admissions staff.

• - Strong recruitment and admissions management skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• - Knowledge of admissions best practices and tools.

• **Requirements:**
• - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• - 5+ years of experience in admissions management.
• - Proven track record of successful student recruitment.
