As an IBM Connect:Direct Specialist at Array, you will leverage your expertise in specialized systems to ensure data accuracy, maintain system functionality, and resolve technical issues efficiently. This is an on-call, hourly contract role with no minimum hours guaranteed, requiring availability on demand to address system-related needs.

You will:

Configure IBM Connect:Direct system with customers and Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to confirm data accuracy and transfer integrity

Troubleshoot and resolve IBM Connect:Direct-specific system issues, including diagnosing problems and coordinating with DCSA as needed.

Monitor IBM Connect:Direct system performance, addressing irregularities proactively to maintain operational continuity.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues originating from external sources and ensure compliance with all relevant protocols.

Stay informed on system updates and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.

You have:

Extensive experience with IBM Connect:Direct, including troubleshooting and system maintenance expertise.

U.S. citizenship and compliance with all eligibility requirements, including willingness to perform duties subject to applicable FAR provisions.

Active United States Government security clearance (preferred) or the ability to meet compliance and security standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide on-demand, high-quality support for critical system needs.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with DoD or DCSA systems and protocols, with a preference for candidates with direct experience.

Pay transparency: $50/hr, depending on experience.
