Idaho Central Arena - Concessions Server

As a Concessions Server at IC Arena, you’ll provide fast, friendly service while taking and preparing guest orders and processing payments for Arena concession stands.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• •Greet all guests warmly to create a welcoming customer experience
• •Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• •Operate point-of-sale terminal to process cash and card transactions
• •Balance register at the end of shift and ensure accurate financial reporting
• •Maintain cleanliness of the concessions counter and surrounding areas
• •Restock condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed
• •Follow sanitation procedures including wiping surfaces and emptying trash
• •Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• •Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• •Previous concessions, food service, or retail experience preferred
• •Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Friendly, outgoing, and committed to customer satisfaction
• •Strong communication and basic math skills
• •Ability to follow instructions and stay organized under pressure
• •Available to work shifts according to Idaho Central Arena events (mostly Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights).

Physical Requirements:

• •Must be able to stand for long periods (4+ hours)
• •Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
