Immigration Case Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Immigration Case Manager based in Canada.

• This role is focused on managing complex Canadian corporate immigration matters from initial assessment through application and resolution.
• You will oversee a diverse portfolio of cases, with a particular emphasis on Quebec immigration programs and requirements.
• The position combines detailed case management with strategic client advisory, helping employers navigate eligibility, timelines, compliance, and immigration risks.
• You will prepare and submit applications across temporary work authorization, permanent residence, and employer compliance programs.
• As a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you will provide clear guidance while ensuring every case meets applicable regulatory requirements.
• The role is well suited to an experienced RCIC who enjoys high-volume, complex casework and direct client interaction.
• You will work remotely in a collaborative environment while developing deep expertise in Quebec immigration within a broader global immigration practice.
