About the team:

You will join a high‑performing implementation and conversion team responsible for onboarding clients to FIS systems. The role involves interpreting client data, mapping complex workflows, and ensuring smooth migration to FIS platforms.

What you will be doing:

- Part of Implementation team your key role will be to provide application support and help with maintenance and audit tasks.

• •Client Requirement Gathering
• •System Configuration & Setup
• •Data Mapping & Validation
• •End‑to‑End UAT Coordination
• •Environment Readiness Checks
• •Go‑Live Preparation & Cutover Activities
• •Post‑Go‑Live Monitoring & Issue Resolution
• •Project Documentation & Sign‑off Management
• •Integration Testing (APIs / Switch / Host)
• •Regression Testing
• •Change Request Evaluation & Impact Analysis
• •Migration Checks (Pre/Post Load)
• •Production Validation After Releases
• •Audit Compliance for Implementation Activities
• •Risk & Dependency Tracking for Projects
• •SOP Updates & Process Improvements

What you bring:

• •4–7 years of experience in Implementation or Tech Support roles.
• •Excellent communication and documentation skills
• •Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
• •Hands‑on experience with UNIX commands and SQL queries
• •Ability to work independently on complex, high‑visibility projects.
• •Strong analytical and data‑mapping skills with deep understanding of FIS systems.
• •Experience interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• •Capability to mentor others and contribute to process standards.
• •Excellent problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills.
