As an Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with senior implementation leads and technical teams, you will coordinate project activities, contribute to system configuration and data migration, and ensure that client requirements are met efficiently. Responsibilities
- Work with client IT teams to implement HotelKey PMS.
- Understand client requirements and offer applicable solutions.
- Automated and manual verifications of data load.
- Provide technical support throughout the duration of the implementation
- Assist and train clients in installing the new software and how to use it.
- Create handbooks and online help section to accompany software
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, AWS; familiarity with XML, JSON, and network debugging tools like Charles Proxy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively.
