Import & export Specialist

The Import/Export Specialist is responsible for the management and optimization of the end-to-end exportation cycle of The ISO containers (Air Gas & LCO2), ensuring 100% regulatory compliance with the Egyptian NAFEZA/CargoX systems. The mission of this role is to safeguard the company’s Green Cycle status through meticulous documentation, maintain a high-velocity asset turnaround via strategic ISO allocation, and bridge the gap between logistics and finance by ensuring accurate invoicing and timely international payment collection 1 Shipment Clearance & Portal Management

"Execute the full ACID cycle on the NAFEZA portal and manage electronic document transfers via CargoX.

Manage the temporary importation process for empty ISO containers.

Ensure all shipping and hazardous material (HMG) documentation is strictly compliant with Egyptian Customs Law.

2 ISO Container Allocation & Fleet Tracking

Responsible for the daily allocation and assignment of the company’s ISO container fleet.

Monitor and track the real-time status of all units (Port, Plant, or Customer) to optimize turnaround time and eliminate demurrage/detention costs.

Track containers from the moment they are filled at the plant until they are loaded on the vessel.

3 Documentation Consolidation

Consolidate all shipment data, including volumes, weights, and technical certificates.

Audit and verify that all commercial invoices 100% match the actual physical shipments and quality certificates before dispatch.

4 Collection Follow-up & Financial Reconciliation

Follow up on outstanding payments from international customers.

Perform internal reconciliation with the collection team to ensure all payments are accurately recorded against the respective export shipments.

5 Logistics Execution & Vessel Management

Coordinate with the outsourced customs broker to ensure the "Green Cycle" is achieved without delays.

Book vessel space with shipping agencies and ensure containers arrive at the port before the Cargo Cut-off.

Liaise with the trucking team to move containers from the plant to the port terminal efficiently.

• Developing product marketing plan
• Strong management experience and working with a team
• Previous Sales and Marketing experience desirable
• In depth understanding of a relevant marketplace
• The ability to analyse and predict market trends
